Agree on the essentials first
Choose the occasion and preferred date.
Confirm how many people are attending, up to the 25-guest limit.
Decide on two, three or more hours, based on your plans.
Set a total budget for the yacht, food, drinks and any extras.
Nominate one booking contact for the group.

Explain how the group payment works
The standard charter rate is $690 per hour including GST and the fuel levy, with a two-hour minimum of $1,380 for the whole yacht. A three-hour charter is $2,070. Divide the charter total by the number of contributors, then add food and any separately arranged extras.
Tell guests that the whole-charter cost does not fall if fewer people attend. A $500 deposit secures a standard advance booking, with the balance due two weeks before departure; check the amount due for close-date bookings. Read the Terms & Conditions before collecting payments or promising refunds to the group.
Assign food and drinks to named people
BYO food and drinks are welcome, with no red wine onboard. We provide a large esky, ice, cups, plates, plastic champagne flutes and tumblers. Ask guests about dietary requirements and choose food that is easy to share.
If you prefer to order food, explore the optional catering arrangements. Confirm delivery, collection and serving needs directly rather than assuming these are included in the yacht booking.
Check entertainment and decoration plans
Prepare your playlist and nominate one phone for the yacht’s sound system. Discuss DJs, entertainers, photographers or other suppliers with us before confirming them, including their access, equipment and setup time.
You may bring small, removable decorations. No confetti or permanent adhesives are permitted, and decorations or styling are not supplied. Check larger installations in advance.
Send guests one arrival message
Include the date, confirmed start and finish times and the public pontoon at 73 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Everyone should arrive 10 minutes before departure.
Parking at Circle on Cavill and surrounding streets is paid. Remind guests to allow walking time, wear non-marking or white-soled shoes or go barefoot, and bring any personal items they need. If swimming is part of the discussed plan, bring a towel and swimwear and follow the crew’s instructions.
