Inspiration Cruises does not sell catering menus or take catering payments. Menus, prices, dietary requirements, substitutions and order changes are arranged directly with your supplier.

Contact your caterer to confirm menu choices, quantities, pricing, dietary needs and availability. Place and pay for your order directly.
Confirm delivery
Ask whether delivery to the boat is available. Check the proposed timing and practical food packaging with us before finalising your order.
Send us the details
Once ordered, share the supplier’s name, delivery contact and expected arrival time. We’ll confirm a suitable handover before departure.

Subject to availability, we can collect your prepaid Dan Murphy’s order from the Benowa store and have it ready onboard before your cruise. The $120 fee covers collection and handling, and does not include the cost of your order.
Provide the order number, collection name and relevant pickup details in advance. Product substitutions, missing items, refunds and retailer delays remain between you and Dan Murphy’s. Red wine is not permitted onboard.

Where do we board and arrange delivery?
Boarding is from the public pontoon at 73 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Caterer delivery timing must be coordinated with us before your cruise. Guests should arrive 10 minutes early so we can depart on time.
What food and packaging work best?
Platters, grazing boxes and food that is easy to serve onboard usually work best. Large catering equipment, extensive setups or installations require approval beforehand.
Who confirms dietary requirements and allergens?
Discuss your dietary requirements directly with your chosen caterer when ordering. Menu selection, quantities, pricing, payment and changes to the order are arranged between you and the supplier.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. BYO food and drinks are welcome. Red wine is not permitted onboard. We provide a large esky and ice, cups, plates, plastic champagne flutes and tumblers.
What else should our guests know?
Wear non-marking or white-soled shoes, or go barefoot. Safety and responsible service of alcohol requirements apply throughout your charter. Intoxicated guests may be refused boarding or service.
Who is responsible for the catering order?
Guests choose, order and pay their caterer directly. Inspiration Cruises is not responsible for the supplier’s menu, pricing, substitutions, delivery performance or order changes. Delivery to the boat must be agreed with the caterer and coordinated with us.
