BYO food and drinks are welcome onboard. Red wine is not permitted.

Catering can be ordered directly through Simone’s Amazing Grazing . Once ordered, let us know and we can help coordinate delivery timing.

Connect a phone to the onboard sound system and play music that suits your moment.
Decorations and styling
Inspiration Cruises does not provide decorations or styling. We did previously have a supplier, however they no longer offer this service as they’ve moved. Small removable items may be brought onboard when safe. Confetti and permanent adhesives are not permitted.
Early access
Up to 15 minutes of supervised early access may be possible when operationally feasible. Larger installations or backdrops require approval before the cruise.
$690 per hour including GST. A minimum booking duration of 2 hours applies, making the minimum charter price $1,380 including GST.

Can I organise a surprise proposal onboard?
Yes. Inspiration can provide a private setting for a surprise proposal. Tell us your preferred date, start time, duration and general plan, and we will confirm what is operationally feasible onboard.
Can we hold an intimate wedding or vow exchange onboard?
Inspiration can suit an intimate ceremony, vow exchange or wedding-day celebration for up to 25 guests. Couples are responsible for arranging any external professionals or other requirements connected with their plans.
How much does a wedding or proposal cruise cost?
Private charters aboard Inspiration are $690 per hour including GST. A minimum booking duration of 2 hours applies, so a 2-hour charter costs $1,380 including GST.
How many guests can attend?
Inspiration can accommodate up to 25 guests. For groups of 15 or more, please provide the final headcount 48 hours before the cruise. Minors are welcome with responsible adult or guardian supervision at all times.
Do you provide decorations or proposal styling?
Inspiration Cruises does not provide decorations or styling. We did previously have a supplier, however they no longer offer this service as they’ve moved. Where do cruises board and what should guests wear?
Boarding is from the public pontoon at 73 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 . Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can depart on time. Guests must wear non-marking or white-soled shoes, or go barefoot onboard.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Cruises operate in normal Gold Coast conditions. If conditions are considered unsafe, we will work with you on the best available option. Safety and RSA requirements apply throughout the charter.
