BYO food and drinks
BYO food and drinks are welcome onboard. Red wine is not permitted.
Optional catering
Catering can be ordered directly through Simone’s Amazing Grazing . Once ordered, let us know and we can help coordinate delivery timing.
Music
Connect a phone to the onboard sound system and choose music that suits the tone of your event.
Small event items
Inspiration Cruises does not provide decorations or styling. Small removable items are welcome when safe. Confetti and permanent adhesives are not permitted.
Larger groups
For groups of 15 or more, please provide the final headcount 48 hours before the cruise. The maximum capacity is 25 guests.
$690 per hour including GST. A minimum booking duration of 2 hours applies, making the minimum charter price $1,380 including GST.

Can I view availability without completing a booking?
Yes. Visit the Book Now page to view the live calendar, available dates and charter times. You do not need to complete checkout just to check availability.
How much does a private corporate cruise cost?
Private charters aboard Inspiration are $690 per hour including GST. A minimum booking duration of 2 hours applies, so a 2-hour charter costs $1,380 including GST.
How many guests can attend?
Inspiration can accommodate up to 25 guests. Groups of 15 or more should provide the final headcount 48 hours before the cruise.
Is the yacht private for our business group?
Yes. Inspiration is reserved exclusively for your group for the confirmed charter duration.
Can we bring catering and drinks?
Yes. BYO food and drinks are welcome. Red wine is not permitted onboard. Optional catering can be ordered through Simone’s Amazing Grazing .
What items are provided onboard?
We provide a large esky and ice, plus cups, plates, plastic champagne flutes and tumblers. Guests can also connect a phone to the onboard sound system.
Where do corporate cruises board?
Boarding is from the public pontoon at 73 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 . Please arrive 10 minutes early. Guests must wear non-marking or white-soled shoes, or go barefoot onboard.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Cruises operate in normal Gold Coast conditions. If conditions are considered unsafe, we will work with you on the best available option. Safety and RSA requirements apply.
